Thursday Travel Tip- Moab, Utah-Arches National Park!

This past week we drove across the country. We spent the last three months in California and we are now headed to Minnesota for the next 3 weeks!

During our drive across the country we made a few pit spots,  one of them being Arches National Park in Moab! It was incredible and we highly recommend stopping if you get a chance!

We had Kailani (toddler, age 3) with us so did the easy hikes.

We did Lower Delicate Arch - super short little walk out.

Next we did Sand Dune Arch, which was incredible! Highly recommend this short hike!

At the end we did Skyline Arch, which was another short walk. The drive through the park was stunning. Pictures do not do justice!

  A few key tips-

 1. They now require you to reserve a time slot to enter the park. It’s super easy to do. Go to the website https://www.nps.gov/arch/planyourvisit/timed-entry-pilot.htm

2. Make sure to bring sunscreen and lots of water.

3. We did not stay in Moab because we were only passing through, but our good friend Sean Blair recommended to stay at https://gonzoinn.com right in town and right outside of town https://www.redcliffslodge.com

* Lastly, most National Parks are in the middle of nowhere. Make sure you have plenty of gas, food and water.
